In an effort to continue to provide quality healthcare to the residents of New Haven county without insurance,  we have decided to offer a pre-payment discount to our current and prospective new patients.  These fees are at a discounted rate as long as payment is received on the same day as treatment is rendered.

Our pre-payment discount is as follows:

Initial visit/Examination   $75

Each visit thereafter        $50

For those patients requiring acute treatment:

15 visits over 3 months                     $499    (prepay cost)

Wellness care plans:

1 treatment per month for one year   $400     (prepay cost)

2 treatments per month for one year  $700      (prepay cost)

Weekly treatments for one year    $1200     (prepay cost)

This program offers a special discounted rate for a number of visits that have to be used by the Patient within 12 months of the program start date.

This program is designed to maintain the optimal level of health and well being of the patient, therefore, due to its preventative and maintenance nature this program is not covered by insurance.  The New Haven Chiropractic Group will not, and the patient should not submit any claims to insurance for reimbursement of the wellness care plan.
